Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Informed consent
- 51 year-old and above
- Being bedridden for ≥ 6 months
- Positive sputum production
- Difficulty in swallowing reported by caregivers
Exclusion
- Below 51 year-old
- Patients or family refused any oral care
