Inclusion
- stillbirth and fetal deaths over 21 weeks of gestation
- termination of pregnancy over 21 weeks of gestation
- neonatal death
- patient having read the letter of information and signed the consent.
Exclusion
- legal incapacity
- limited ability to consent
- lack of parental consent
