Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients undergoing thoracotomy lung resection surgery between 45 and 80 years
Exclusion
- Patients allergic to the drugs used in the study
- Patients with diabetic neuropathy
- Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency
- emergent surgery
- Age \<45 years or\> 80 years
