Inclusion
- nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients treated in our institute between 2008-2018
Exclusion
- missing clinical data
- 2nd Head and neck primary cancer
- very locally advanced or distant metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma
- Prior radiation therapy to the head and neck region
