Inclusion

  • Patients aged 14 and older, of any sex and genotype
  • Informed consent/parental consent with child assent available
  • In well state at time of study

Exclusion

  • Prior cerebrovascular accidents
  • Acute illness at time of recruitment
  • Current Pregnancy
