The aim of this study is to observe mortality and complications in procedures in which are used new generation low-profile endoprothesis.

Inclusion
- Patients with indications for elective TEVAR
Exclusion
- Incapability to provide consent
- Patients not eligible for TEVAR
- Pregnancy
