  • Inclusion criteria :
  • Patient \> 65 years old
  • Patient hospitalized inside one of the thirteen wards in the 6 hospitals participating in the study
  • Informed consent given
  • Non inclusion and Exclusion Criteria :
  • Patients in palliative care
  • Persons deprived of their liberty
