- Inclusion criteria :
- Patient \> 65 years old
- Patient hospitalized inside one of the thirteen wards in the 6 hospitals participating in the study
- Informed consent given
- Non inclusion and Exclusion Criteria :
- Patients in palliative care
- Persons deprived of their liberty
