Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • \- Tight hamstring (Inability to achieve greater than 160° of knee extension with hip at 90° of flexion).

Exclusion

  • Having hamstring injury in past 6 months
  • Having any neurological or orthopedic disorder effecting low back and lower limbs.
