Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult
- Type A aortic dissection;
- After surgery;
- P/F ratio ≤ 200mmHg
Exclusion
- Intracardiac shunt;
- Contradiction of PAC;
- Chronic pulmonary diseases before surgery;
- ECMO;
- Anticipation of death within 48 hours after operation;
