Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Limited ROM (hip/lumbar spine)
- Pain more than 3 on NPRS
- Pain ≥ 3 months
Exclusion
- Recurrent disc protrusion
- Spondylolisthesis
- Spondylosis
- Malignancy
- Infection
- Trauma
- Marked bony deformities
