Inclusion
- age 18 years old
- Funcional Class I-III (NYHA)
- Ejection fraction \< o,55
- treated for heart failure
Exclusion
- Coronary artery disease
- Moderate to major valve disease
- Positive serology for Chagas
- Inability to perform physical exercises
