Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- elective laparoscopic donor nephrectomy
Exclusion
- refuse consent
- allergic to local anaesthetics or opioids,
- on long term analgesics for chronic pain,
- have impaired liver function
- has history of arrhythmias
