Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • elective laparoscopic donor nephrectomy

Exclusion

  • refuse consent
  • allergic to local anaesthetics or opioids,
  • on long term analgesics for chronic pain,
  • have impaired liver function
  • has history of arrhythmias
