- Waitlisted for renal transplant
- =\>21 years of age
- Caregiver:
- Primary caregiver for patient
- =\>21 years of age
- Exclusion criteria:
- Patient:
- Active suicidal ideation
- Thought disorder
- Delusions
- Hallucinations
- Recent myocardial infarction, heart attack, or stroke
- Planned elective surgeries for joint replacement
