Inclusion

  • The Danish national inclusion criteria for bariatric surgery
  • Signed written informed consent
  • Fasting plasma glucose \<6.1 mmol/l

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Hemoglobin \<6.5 mM
  • Newly emerged serious disease
