Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Newly born infants who are apneic (not crying) immediately after birth (and)
  • Expected birthweight \> 1500 g (and)
  • Parental consent

Exclusion

  • Still births
  • Twins
  • Major congenital malformations (i.e. congenital cardiac malformation, pulmonary hypoplasia, major spina bifida, etc.)
