Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- pediatric patients undergoing tonsillectomy
Exclusion
- recent upper respiratory infection (2weeks)
- Allergy to tulobuterol patch
- Patients receiving catecholamine (epinephrine, isoproterenol)
- hyperthyroidism
- hypertension
- cardiac disease
- Diabetes melitus
- atopic dermatitis
- Asthma
