Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Kidney transplant recipients (de novo or retransplant)
  • Positive Virtual Crossmatch at transplant (Group A)
  • Undergoing SOC biopsy for dnDSA (Group B)
  • Proven cAMR (Group C)

Exclusion

  • Multi-Visceral transplant
  • Contraindication to renal biopsy
