Inclusion
- 65-70 years
- not meeting 5 servings of fruit and vegetable per day
- Waist circumference \>80 cm (female) and \>88 (male)
Exclusion
- Movement disability
- Diabetes, cardiovascular disease, lung disease, overt disease
