Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- A planned first trimester nuchal translucency scan
- Informed consent
- Gestational age 11-14 weeks at the first trimester scan
Exclusion
- Age \< 18 years
- ≥ 2 fetuses
- Participants must read and understand Danish or English
