Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients with papillary thyroid cancer with clinically node negative.

Exclusion

  • patients with clinical evidence of nodal metastases.
  • patients with a previous history of thyroidectomy.
  • patients with mixed-type papillary thyroid cancer.
