Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Enrolled student at Northern Illinois University
- Age at least 18 years old
- fluent in English
- Elevated symptoms of a fear-based disorder (i.e., PTSD, social anxiety, panic, specific phobia; Gorka et al., 2017)
- Increased reaction times on flanker task
- Possession of an Android or IOS smartphone
Exclusion
- auditory or visual impairment
- active psychotic symptoms
- self-reported diagnosis of ADHD including a prescription for stimulant medication for the treatment of ADHD
