Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Enrolled student at Northern Illinois University
  • Age at least 18 years old
  • fluent in English
  • Elevated symptoms of a fear-based disorder (i.e., PTSD, social anxiety, panic, specific phobia; Gorka et al., 2017)
  • Increased reaction times on flanker task
  • Possession of an Android or IOS smartphone

Exclusion

  • auditory or visual impairment
  • active psychotic symptoms
  • self-reported diagnosis of ADHD including a prescription for stimulant medication for the treatment of ADHD
