Inclusion
- American Society Anesthesia I, II；
- Age between 3 months and 12 years;
Exclusion
- allergy to anesthetic and analgesic drugs;
- history of neuromuscular;
- renal, neurological, hepatic disease;
- cardiopulmonary diseases;
- bradycardia
