Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients were suffered from back pain of different degrees with spinal claudication
Exclusion
- Smoking
- Diabetic patients,
- Previous spinal surgery,
- any neuromuscular disorder like poliomyelitis, and
- vertebral instability proved by Dynamic plain radiographs
