Inclusion
- -Patients \>18 years.
- Both sexes will be included.
- Recent trauma
Exclusion
- -patients \<18 years.
- Patients with documented evidence of coagulopathy or bleeding diocese .
- Patients with liver disease.
- Pregnant women
