Inclusion
- Adult (≥18 years old).
- With Acute Ischemic Stroke
Exclusion
- Hemorrhagic stroke.
- GCS \< 7 on admission.
- Clinical signs of infection on admission.
- Significant pulmonary disease, angina, myocardial infarction or acute heart failure within three months.
