Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age 19\~70
  • Shock index ≥ 0.9
  • Patients who need intubation regarding to Ajou trauma center protocol

Exclusion

  • during CPR
  • CPR before hospital arrival
  • Severe head trauma
  • Steroid intake history
