Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age 19\~70
- Shock index ≥ 0.9
- Patients who need intubation regarding to Ajou trauma center protocol
Exclusion
- during CPR
- CPR before hospital arrival
- Severe head trauma
- Steroid intake history
