Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • moderate-to-high risk cardiac or vascular surgery
  • ASA 2-4

Exclusion

  • chronic arrhythmia (e.g. atrial fibrillation)
  • aortic insufficiency
  • pacemaker
  • implanted defibrillator
  • valve surgery
