Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 18-26
  • Diagnosis of congenital heart disease
  • Patient at a Duke pediatric cardiology clinic
  • Access to a smart phone

Exclusion

  • Cognitive delay
  • Patient at an adult cardiology clinic
