Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • The first episode of Bell's palsy.
  • Modified House-Brackmann scale III-IV.

Exclusion

  • Diabetic
  • Recurrent Bells palsy
  • facial palsy
  • History of stroke
  • Any cerebrovascular accident
  • epilepsy
