Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnostic code for COPD or COPD monitoring review code prior to or at consultation
- Aged ≥35 years at COPD diagnosis
Exclusion
- Patients receiving hospice care
- Patients being actively treated for a cancer diagnosis (not skin)
