  • Basketball players
  • Female
  • Federated and professional
  • With an age range of 18 to 40 years
  • With more than 4 years of basketball sports

Exclusion

  • Athletes who have been injured in the last two months
  • Who suffer an injury during the intervention process
  • Have not signed the informed consent document
