Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • \- healthy mothers/caregivers of infants

Exclusion

  • Subjects with recent antibiotic use (within 3 months)
  • Subjects on any medication that is immunosuppressive
  • Subjects who self-report they have xerostomia due to medication use
