  • \> 50 years
  • orthopedic surgery (hip, knee, spine)
  • written consent

Exclusion

  • no troponin measurement prior surgery
  • sepsis
  • acute coronary syndrome
  • pulmonary embolism
  • refusing to participate
  • guardianship
