  • Adult (18 to 89 years)
  • All race and ethnicities
  • Presenting to the emergency department with suspicion of infection
  • Whose assessment includes a CBC with differential
  • Meets EMR Sepsis Definition

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy
  • Prisoners
  • Transfers from other ED
  • Previously enrolled
