Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • diabetic and venous lower limb ulcers less than or equal to 5cm in diameter
  • healable wounds
  • non-cancerous wounds

Exclusion

  • pregnant or breast feeding women
  • participants taking photosensitive drugs for concomitant disease
