Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- diabetic and venous lower limb ulcers less than or equal to 5cm in diameter
- healable wounds
- non-cancerous wounds
Exclusion
- pregnant or breast feeding women
- participants taking photosensitive drugs for concomitant disease
