Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- capable of informed consent.
- asthma diagnosis established by lung specialist or healthy control.
Exclusion
- skin allergy towards plastics or rubber.
- immunocompromised by oral medication.
- contagious respiratory disease.
- biopsy of lung parenchyma within the last 36 hours.
