Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Age \> 18 years of both sex
- Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with renal impairment (Creatinine\>2mg/dl)
- Sever Heart Disease (ischemic/valvular)
- Peripheral vascular disease (e.g. Raynaud's phenomenon)
