Inclusion

  • Age (18-30 years or over 65 years)
  • Healthy

Exclusion

  • Cognitively impaired
  • Allergies, intolerance and special dietary requirements (for example coeliac disease, lactose / gluten intolerance)
  • Suffer from diabetes
  • Oral surgery
  • Stroke
  • Smoker
  • Cancer
