Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with systemic sclerosis diagnosed by 2013 ACR\\EULAR classification criteria of systemic sclerosis
- Patients' age \>18
- 25 rheumatoid arthritis patients as a control .
Exclusion
- Overlap or mixed connective tissue diseases.
