Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • chronic neck pain (i.e. of more than 3 months duration)
  • AHT distance more than 25 mm .
  • ARA C2-C7 less than 20°

Exclusion

  • signs or symptoms of systemic pathology .
  • inflammatory joint disease.
  • prior history of cervical spine trauma and musculoskeletal system surgery.
  • disorders related to the spine and extremities.
