Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- chronic neck pain (i.e. of more than 3 months duration)
- AHT distance more than 25 mm .
- ARA C2-C7 less than 20°
Exclusion
- signs or symptoms of systemic pathology .
- inflammatory joint disease.
- prior history of cervical spine trauma and musculoskeletal system surgery.
- disorders related to the spine and extremities.
