Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- writen inform consent
- diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke by neurologist
- met all criteria of thrombolytic therapy
- resived full dose of alteplase
Exclusion
- any contraindication of thrombolytic therapy
- resived lower than 0.9 mg/kg alteplase
