Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • having class III or IV pressure ulcer
  • being ≥18 years old,
  • not having time/access constraints,
  • voluntariness.

Exclusion

  • Stage I and Stage II pressure ulcers,
  • cancer,
  • increased risk of bleeding,
  • osteomyelitis,
  • corticosteroid treatment
  • consciousness and
  • contraindications of NPWT
