Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- having class III or IV pressure ulcer
- being ≥18 years old,
- not having time/access constraints,
- voluntariness.
Exclusion
- Stage I and Stage II pressure ulcers,
- cancer,
- increased risk of bleeding,
- osteomyelitis,
- corticosteroid treatment
- consciousness and
- contraindications of NPWT
