  • parity less than 4
  • unscarred uterus or previous one cesarean section
  • elective C.S
  • general anesthesia

Exclusion

  • medical disorders complicating pregnancy
  • more than one C.S
  • selective C.S
  • Risk factors for Postpartum hemorrhage
