Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- , brain tumors, elective supratentorial craniotomies,
- Conscious patients
- Elective supratentorial craniotomies
- ASA I-III
Exclusion
- Unconscious postoperatively
- Chronic pain
- Opioid, dexketoprofen or paracetamol allergy
- Delirium
- Renal insufficiency
- Alcohol, opioid dependency
- Transsphenoidal pituitary surgery
