Inclusion

  • Elective supratentorial tumor resection
  • Glioblastoma multiforme
  • Metastatic tumor
  • Intracranial shift \>0.5 cm
  • GCS\>13

Exclusion

  • Renal failure
  • Heart failure
  • Electrolyte imbalance
