Inclusion
- First isolate culture /patient .
- Only species with ≽ 30 isolates
- Diagnostic isolates
- Verified final results
- Routinely tested antimicrobial agents
Exclusion
- Duplicate bacterial isolates
- Surveillance culture and screening isolates
- Reported Intermediate sensitivity
