Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- older than 18 years
- patients complaining of snoring and obstructive sleep panea
Exclusion
- chronic pulmonary disease ( COPD, Asthma ,IPF)
- Pregnancy
- sever cardiovascular disease ( unstable angina , sever arrhythmia , MI)
- chronic renal failure (CRF)
- neurological disorders
