Inclusion
- Patients about to undergo general anesthesia.
- Age \>18 years.
- Informed consent obtained.
- Generally in good condition before operation.
Exclusion
- Patients are unwilling to this procedure.
- Patients with Patient has maxillofacial mass, oropharyngeal mass, neck mass.
- Patients with loose teeth.
