Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Men and women 18 and older
- Acute presentation of obstructing urolithiasis diagnosed on CT
Exclusion
- Indwelling nephrostomy tubes or ureteral stents
- Staghorn calculi or evidence of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis
