Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Men and women 18 and older
  • Acute presentation of obstructing urolithiasis diagnosed on CT

Exclusion

  • Indwelling nephrostomy tubes or ureteral stents
  • Staghorn calculi or evidence of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis
