Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Kidney Donor for living kidney transplant
Exclusion
- Allergy to dexmedetomidine
- Severe bradycardia \< 50 beats per minute before surgery
- Severe atrioventricular block (the second or third degree)
- Non-native speaker
