Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Kidney Donor for living kidney transplant

Exclusion

  • Allergy to dexmedetomidine
  • Severe bradycardia \< 50 beats per minute before surgery
  • Severe atrioventricular block (the second or third degree)
  • Non-native speaker
